Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY -: We offer a 7-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

RETURNS -: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. For eligible returns, ASserio will cover the return shipping cost. Final Sale products are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT -: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide further instructions.

REFUNDS -: Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION  -: Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After 15 minutes, cancellation may not be possible.
